1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Licensee" or "you") and Agent Weave AI ("we", "us", or "our") governing your purchase, installation, and use of the Lever to Framer Sync plugin for Framer.
By purchasing a license key via Polar or installing the plugin inside Framer, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not install or use the plugin.
2. License Grant & Usage Scope
Upon payment of the one-time $29 fee via Polar, Agent Weave AI grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to activate and use the Lever to Framer Sync plugin in accordance with the following terms:
- Single Project Scope: Each standard license key authorizes activation on one (1) Framer project document at any given time.
- Unlimited Syncs: Within the activated project, you are entitled to perform an unlimited number of manual and automated sync operations, with no limits on the number of job postings.
- Lifetime Updates: The license includes all future minor and major maintenance releases, feature updates, and bug fixes delivered through the Framer Plugin Marketplace or Agent Weave AI.
3. Restrictions on Use
You agree that you will not:
- Decompile, reverse-engineer, unpack, or disassemble the plugin source code for the purpose of creating a competing commercial product.
- Resell, sublicense, lease, or redistribute license keys to third parties outside your designated Framer project.
- Circumvent or tamper with the Polar license validation mechanism.
4. Billing, Fulfillment, and Refunds
All payments and license fulfillments are processed through Polar (polar.sh).
- Refund Policy: Due to the immediate digital delivery and client-side nature of software license keys, all sales are final once delivered. If the plugin encounters an unresolvable technical defect preventing it from synchronizing with your public Lever job board that our support team cannot fix, please contact us at agentweave.ai@gmail.com with your Polar order reference and Lever organization slug.
5. Lever and Framer Third-Party Services
Lever to Framer Sync interacts with services provided by third parties, namely Framer B.V. and Lever, Inc. We are an independent software studio and are not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Framer B.V. or Lever, Inc.
Your use of Lever and Framer remains governed by their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for changes made by Lever to their public API endpoints or by Framer to their CMS architecture that may temporarily impact plugin functionality. However, we actively maintain and update the plugin to resolve platform changes.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event shall Agent Weave AI be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort, or otherwise, arising from, out of, or in connection with the software.
