Quick Start Guide (5 Minutes)
Follow these simple steps to connect Lever to your Framer project:
Step 1: Install & Open the Plugin
In Framer, open your project and launch Lever to Framer Sync from the Plugins menu.
Step 2: Activate your License Key
If you haven't yet purchased a license, click the Polar Checkout link. Once purchased, copy your XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX license key, paste it into the activation input, and click Activate License. Your key is securely stored in your Framer document.
Step 3: Enter Your Lever Company Slug
Enter your public Lever company name (for example, if your careers page is jobs.lever.co/netflix, enter netflix). Click Connect & Fetch Postings. The plugin connects directly to Lever to verify the feed.
Step 4: Map CMS Fields
Select your target Framer CMS collection (e.g., Jobs or Careers). The plugin lists each Framer column alongside a dropdown of available Lever fields:
- Title: Map to Lever
text(Job Title). - Slug: Choose your Framer slug field for automatic URL generation.
- Description: Map to Lever
descriptionPlainordescription(HTML). - Department / Team: Map to Lever
categories.departmentorcategories.team. - Location: Map to Lever
categories.location. - Workplace Type: Map to Lever
workplaceType(Remote, Hybrid, On-site). - Apply URL: Map to Lever
applyUrlorhostedUrl.
Step 5: Preview & Sync
Click Preview Sync. Review the reconciler's diff cards (Added, Updated, Unchanged, Removed). When you are ready, click Apply Changes to Framer CMS. That's it!
Troubleshooting & FAQ
1. Error: "No active job postings found for this company slug"
Make sure your Lever postings are published publicly. Check in a browser by visiting https://jobs.lever.co/your-slug. If this page returns a 404 or has 0 published roles, Lever will not return jobs through the public API.
2. How does the Reconciler handle closed jobs?
When a listing is archived or removed from Lever, the plugin detects that it exists in your Framer CMS collection but is absent from Lever's API response. It automatically includes it in the "Removed" diff list and deletes it from Framer so your live career page remains clean.
3. Can I transfer a license to a different Framer project?
Yes. If you migrate to a new Framer project, simply email agentweave.ai@gmail.com with your Polar order reference or license key, and we will reset the activation so you can bind it to your new project document.
4. Does the plugin require any recurring subscription?
No! The $29 price is a one-time lifetime payment via Polar. There are no recurring fees or sync quotas.
